Pictured Rocks is America's first national lakeshore. It is the southern shore of Lake Superior. With over 100 miles of trails, beaches, waterfalls, and light houses, Pictured Rocks offers something to do no matter the time of the year. One of the most popular attractions is the Pictured Rocks boat cruises. All cruises depart from the city dock in Munising and can take between 2 and 3 hours. Cruises operate from mid May to Mid October.
